Penang Development Corporation (PDC) with the support from Multimedia Development Centre and School of the Arts of Universiti Sains Malaysia and ITU-UUM Asia Pacific Center of Excellence for Rural ICT Development, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Software Consortium of Penang and Akeetoons Sdn Bhd is organizing 2-D and 3-D Animation Competitions for year 2010 under the purview of Penang Open e-Creative Challenge series
