RULES
1. Send us your entries by 31 August 2010. No Entry Fee is required
2. Many attractive prizes can be won
3. The completed work in .avi format must be delivered to PDC office by 1 November 2010.
4. Every participant shall be entitled to receive a T-Shirt or any goodie as provided by the organizer.
5. Seminar on 'Career in Digital Creative Industry', mini-exhibition and prize giving ceremony shall be held in December 2010.
